Blackborn Investment provides business infrastructure management and technology placement via the Blackborn OS. We specialize in identifying revenue leakage and deploying automated systems to modernize service-based operations.

By opting in to receive SMS from Blackborn Investment, you agree to the following:

Program Description: You will receive automated text messages related to your infrastructure deployment, including lead notifications, appointment reminders, and system performance updates.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your business activity and lead volume.

Pricing: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no longer receive SMS from BLACKBORN INVESTMENTS LLC.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or opt into our SMS communication programs. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. The Blackborn Partnership Model

The standard partnership agreement is for a term of three (3) years. Blackborn Investment manages the deployed infrastructure for a 5% management yield of the top-line revenue tracked through the system. At the end of the term, the Partner has the option to buy out the contract at a rate of 3x the annual management yield generated in the previous 12 months.

5. Privacy and Data

6. Limitation of Liability

Blackborn Investment is an infrastructure management firm. We are not responsible for the independent operational decisions, professional services, or liabilities incurred by the Partner’s business entity.
